Supervision for qualified and student Counsellors…

I have worked as a supervisor for 5 years and a therapist for 13 years, I am committed to on going professional development as an Accredited and registered member of BACP & UKCP …

I have been a qualified cousellor for 17 years and am experienced in a variety of presenting issues.

I have worked as a supervisor and Personal development facilitator with a charity gaining valuable experience. I currently work mainly with groups however enjoy the luxury of time in the unique relationship that 1-1 supervision offers both myself and supervisee, my modality is based on the core conditions integrating theories of gestalt, humanistic and psychodinamic, within the Hawkins and Shohet model of supervision structure mostly.

However I choose to work with an open and welcoming attitude to different modalities of counselling as I believe this continues to inform our work together, creating and enabling effective and ethical work to ultimately benefit the clients. Issues currently being presented are a mixture of bereavement, anger management, sexuality, alcohol problems, relationship issues, bullying in the work place and much more.
