COUNSELLING: My name is Sue Thompson I have had my own practice for more than fifteen years. My experience has varied over the years, having worked with people with issues such as sexual violation in their youth and/or as an adult. I have a specialist interest in bereavement. I have also worked with couples over the years enabling them to find a way forward that works for them. I would like to think I can work with you as an individual or couple from an informed position yet open to your unique experience. .
I am committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment, and as an accredited member of British Association for Counsellors & Psychotherapist abide by the ethic and morale guidelines stated.
STRESS CONSULTANCY; I am aware 'Stress plays a big part in our lives these days' and so offer the opportunity to explore effective strategies in managing stressful situations, also practical techniques to help with the physical symptoms of stress and anxiety along side a gentle approach to exploring the underlying issues to lessen the impact of stress.
SUPERVISION... I can offer supervision for counsellors in practice as students and or qualified for up to 15years. My modalities as a counsellor and supervisor is integrative
so I believe I can offer genuine collegial experience remaining open to you and your way of working.

I offer reduced rates for those on limited income, you will find my practice situated 15mins from the M27 junction 11, it is between 15 & 30 minute journey for residents of Fareham, and surrounding areas such as Whitely, Titchfield, Cosham & Portsmouth.
