COUNSELLING: My name is Sue Thompson I have had my own practice for more than twelve years. I am committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment, and as an accredited member of British Association for Counsellors & Psychotherapist abide by the ethic and morale guidelines stated.
As a qualified STRESS CONSULTANT; I am aware 'Stress plays a big part in our lives these days' and so offer the opportunity to explore effective strategies in managing stressful situations, also practical techniques to help with the physical symptoms of stress.

As a couple who have been happily married for 26+ years we suddenly found our relationship in deep trouble due to the fact of infidelity.
We were both in turmoil and felt it could never work again but there was still a strong pull of love there for each other.
We decided it was make or break and needed an independant person to try and help us to sort out the mess and decifer our feellings and so entered Sue Thompson.
Sue helped us mentally and emotionally to explore feelings, also each others needs and why we wanted to be together.
Slowly we were able to rebuild our relationship and have progressed from strength to strength.
We are more honest and open with each other and try not to take each other for granted.
Through Sue we have learnt new ways to deal with lifes everydays stresses and strains.
We believe very strongly that without her help we would never have made it back to our happy place and its a comforting thought to know Sue is still there for us if we ever needed her again.

I offer reduced rates for those on limited income, you will find my practice situated 15mins from the M27 junction 11, it is between 15 & 30 minute journey for residents of Fareham, and surrounding areas such as Whitely, Titchfield, Cosham & Portsmouth.
